Skills and Abilities and the requirements to perform the job.

for your job?
• Do you comprehend the technical /management literature in
your field?
• Are you unable to apply concepts to your area of specialization?
• Do colleagues fail to consult you on technical/management
matters
• Are you experiencing a lack of credibility amongst your colleagues?
• Are the chances of your selection for a key technical/management
assignment slim?
• Do you participate less in decision-making?
