Role of K coordinators

Each member is assigned to a Knowledge Coordinator who will enable the member to network with Knowledge Experts, other community members and in-house Content Specialists. It is their singular responsibility to see that a member's needs are fully attended to, in the shortest possible time and in an unbiased manner.
