A pool of National Facilitators has been trained to deliver pre designed modules on Leadership Skills and Ethics as a component of existing training programmes conducted at various ATIs and CTIs and other specialised programmes.Facilitators are trained through a scientifically designed training process and modules developed by Centre for creative Learning (CCL) for Leadership and IC centre for Governance on Ethics.
