Mr.Muralidharan set up TMI in 1991 and developed it into India’s leading recruitment house and the largest Recruitment Advertising agency. His main area of work is career planning. He is actively involved in top and senior level recruitment of professionals in leading industrial houses in India and MNCs like Pepsi, Castrol, Citicorp, Tata group, Henkel, Nagarjuna Group, Somany Group, Wrigley’s, Ford, ConAgra, BPL, Godrej, GE Group, Oracle, Novell, Motorola, Wipro Group, Hughes Software, HCL, Metamor, IBM KPMG and Dupont. He is also responsible for conceptualising India’s first Internet based IT career magazine, Winjobs.com. Prior to setting up TMI, Mr. Muralidharan had worked in NOCIL (a Shell Joint Venture in India). He graduated as a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai with high academic honours and subsequently acquired an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

B.Ramakrishnan, Vice President K-Practice, Technology and Marketing

B.Ramakrishnan has been the driving force in making TMI the largest Recruitment Advertising agency in India. He has strong sales and marketing experience ranging across mass distributed consumer products/services, industrial and specialty chemicals. He worked in NOCIL, a Shell JV in India, on sales and marketing assignments of consumer products, industrial and specialty chemicals, besides helping set up one of the first IT networks in India - linking multiple management, marketing offices and manufacturing locations across India. After NOCIL, he joined as a Business Advisor to Padmini Group, Bangalore that has interests in consumer products and chemicals. At Padmini, he set up a national sales and distribution network to handle the products, charted the marketing plan for brands and was responsible for brand building. He graduated as a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU and subsequently received an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

A Acharya, a renowned academician, has vast experience in the area of development of Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Mr.Acharya was a Senior Academic Resource and Advisor to the Chairman at the Times of India Group. He developed modules to combat stress and burnout among executives and consulted on Human Resources issues for in-house management development groups. He was also Principal Academic Resource at ITC Limited and Principal Designate ITC Residential School. He has developed and executed outbound team-enhancement workshops for various corporate houses including ITC Limited. He was an Educational Consultant to the Andhra Pradesh State Government for the International School Project. He graduated from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and subsequently completed his post graduation from the School of Languages, Jawaharlal Nehru University.

K Sriram, Chief Financial Officer

A Post Graduate in Management from IIM Calcutta, Mr.K Sriram has varied experience in different industries for over 15 years in the areas of finance, operations and general management. In his previous assignment he was the head of finance of BILT, with responsibility in the area of M&A, ERP and Systems also. In the financial and operational restructuring of the BILT group he played a significant role and has been associated on both sides of the M&A game; in the sale of a unit and also in the acquisition as a key member of the team. In his earlier stints he has worked for some of India's leading companies including Hindustan Lever and Asian Paints and has managed such diverse functions as materials, purchase, commercial and distribution. He is a Chemical Engineer from BITS Pilani.

M.K.Geetha -- GM Content - Finance and Company Secretary

M.K.Geetha has rich experience in all areas of corporate finance, accounts, internal audit, secretarial practice, corporate planning and control, project report preparation, management information system. She was earlier heading the Icfaian Business School at Chennai. She had taught advanced subjects like Mergers & Acquisitions, Portfolio Management and Strategic financial Management. She has also managed prestigious consultancy assignments. She was one of the members of the Price Waterhouse / ICFAI study group for a study on "Disclosures" under the USAID FIRE project. She graduated in Physics from Madras University and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is one of the first hundred persons in India to acquire the CFA charter and first twenty persons in India to get a certificate in Information System Audit from ISACA (USA).

Martin David, General Manager - Manufacturing Content and Content Sales

Martin David, has over 27 years of rich and varied industrial experience - 4 years in Corporate Planning and Materials Management, 8 years in Project Management and 15 years in operations across petrochemicals, bulk drugs and food industries. He was with the UB Group for 14 years and has been trained in Japan and Germany. He is a BTech in Chemical Engineering from Nagpur University. A Charted Engineer, he is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers and The Institution of Values.
